California University of Management and Sciences (CalUMS) was organized as a non-profit, public benefit corporation, charted in the State of California. CalUMS is an institution of higher education which offers associate’s degrees in Healthcare Business Administration, Bodyworks, Paralegal Studies, Veterinary Technology, and Professional Golf Management; bachelor’s degrees in Business Management, Sports Management (Golf, Taekwondo), Economics, International Business, and Computer Information Systems; master’s degrees in Business Administration, Sports Management (Golf, Taekwondo), Economics, International Business, Computer Information Systems, and Healthcare Management; and professional doctoral degree in Business Administration. CalUMS also offers a certificate program in English as a Second Language.
In 1998, the Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education of the State of California approved California College of Management and Sciences. In June 2002, the school changed its name to “California University of Management and Sciences”.
