The second option, a private single, costs $3,917, and is a slightly smaller one-room suite with a bathroom that is shared with up to five suitemates. Both options come with a number of amenities such as furniture, air conditioning, community kitchens, lounges, study rooms, fitness centers, and laundry facilities, and more.
