Must also be able to demonstrate inability to afford private tuition required to prepare a doctoral thesis beyond the minimum level of support provided by supervisors. Must be enrolled at a post-secondary institute that is accredited. Open to all applicants (age, gender, citizenship etc.) is not relevant. |
