Peg Saragina is the Director of International Programs at Santa Rosa Junior College. Peg has developed several international programs and projects. Her years of experience teaching gives Peg a unique perspective on what students need and want. Besides recruiting students to attend SRJC, Peg is instrumental in ensuring the international students receive the services and assistance needed to reach their educational goals and enjoy their study abroad experience. Founded in 1918, Santa Rosa Junior College is one of the oldest publicly-funded community colleges in California. The college is ranked #1 among large California Community Colleges for acceptance rates to the UC system. Many international students from SRJC have successfully transferred to top ranked universities, including UC Berkeley, Cornell University and UCLA. SRJC offers over 100 majors and over 150 certificate programs. Some of the most popular programs are business, computer studies, and agricultural sciences.
