PARTNER Newsletter

The past three weeks have brought a roller coaster of emotion as the Trump administration announced that international students must transfer, or leave the country if their school’s classes were entirely online. This ruling launched the world of education into action. Together through petitions, multiple lawsuits, phone calls to senators and representatives - our voice was heard, and the ruling was rescinded. During this time that we continue to be separated by distance it’s another reminder of how connected, and in this together we truly are.

Until next month, and all of the excitement it may bring, we hope you enjoy our newsletter.

July Edition - Issue #45

Two Reasons to Connect with us this July

1. Leverage Your Communication Plan
If you would like to leverage your lead nurturing and could use suggestions on your communication plan we are happy to connect with you. Just send over your current plan and we will be in touch to schedule a one-on-one call.

2. Engage Prospects With Videos
If you’re looking for an engaging way to help students through your application- go visual! Consider creating a how to apply YouTube video for students walking them through your application process. Providing students with instructions along with a visual example can help ESL students navigate the application process. This will also create a personal connection with prospective students, and ultimately help bring them to your campus. Not sure how to get started? We’re happy to help you pave the way!

Client Update

We are pleased to extend a warm welcome to our newest partners. Now that online recruiting is more important than ever, the InternationalStudent.com team is delighted that your paths led to working with us. We look forward to helping these schools meet their recruiting goals:

Keeping Students Connected During COVID-19

With social distancing measures still in place loneliness and boredom are inevitable as many international students are not only away from family in their home countries, but also local friends. Thankfully, we live in a world where virtual communication is making it easier to stay connected. We’ve come up with some creative ways to stay connected and enjoy life with loved ones through virtual channels. If you have any students who are struggling with ways to stay connected, please feel free to pass along these suggestions.
