It might be the last month of the year but things have not slowed down as far as we’re concerned! We’ve just rolled out some big changes on InternationlStudent.com and will continue to make updates into 2018 to ensure that you’re able to reach students around the world with ease. On top of that we have pointers on how to make the most of your Featured School profile including steps to update the programs you showcase. Also, don’t forget to check out the year end review of the 2017 EIC predictions!

Check Out Your New Featured School Profile!
 We are excited to announce that a complete redesign of our Featured School Profiles and improvements to our USA School Search have been launched. The new look is to help students quickly find your school and gather information about your institution. We’ve also simplified the contact form on each Featured School Profile to ensure that students who want to hear from you can easily complete the form. Please take a look at your profile and let us know if you have any questions!

Tip of the Month:
Adding and Deleting Programs from your Featured Profile
 With all these new changes taking place it’s a good time to go through and make some updates to your profile. One update you may want to consider is adding or deleting specific programs from your profile to make sure you are getting the most relevant exposure on our USA School Search.

First log into your account and then click on the “View Dashboard” button underneath “School Search Account.”

Click the pencil icon on the right hand side and then click on the “Enhanced Editor” button.

Scroll down to “School Details” and click on “Programs.”

Here you will find a list of all the “Degrees & Programs” listed on your profile. To add more programs scroll to the bottom of the page and select the program you would like to include along with the degree level at which it’s offered.

Click the blue “Add Program” button on the right side to add that program to your profile.

If you would like to remove a program simply click the trashcan icon to delete the listing off your “Degrees & Programs” list from your profile.
You’re now all set to update your “Degree & Program” offerings at your school on your InternationalStudent.com profile! |

Featured School Profile Inspiration for 2018
 In the upcoming new year we would like you to be inspired to make the most out of your redesigned Feature School Profile. Below are a few examples of profiles that have utilized most of the unique features available. Check them out and get inspiration to enhance your profile!
Mississippi State University (MSU) - There is no limit to how much content you can add to your profile and on MSU’s profile you’re able to see how you can leverage a good variety of useful content. Not sure what content to include? Some key pieces on their profile include steps to start the admission process, descriptions of their colleges, and nine different videos!
Full Sail University - Do you have students with rave reviews about your school? A good testimonial like those on Full Sail’s profile can go a long way. Included on their page is a student Hall of Fame, four individual student profiles and videos featuring alumni. Let us know if you need help adding student profiles to your Featured School page.
Arizona State University Global Launch - Their English Language School profile does a great job explaining what students can expect from their pathway program. Their profile breaks down granular details like academic credit, semesters and courses. Their profile clearly conveys what students can expect from their pathway program so students get a good idea if it’s what they’re looking for.
