Belonging to a community is wonderful. Ive been having an identity crisis for over 2 years before graduating and entering college in the U.S. This video describes me finding what group I belong to, and how it has helped me wiped out my anxiety and given me self-confidence. Everyone has once experienced it or will because the human need to belong and to be claimed. I believe community is essential for well-being and to shape self-confidence. When we are disconnected from our tribe or family, and we feel we must make it on our own, it can have devastating life-long impacts. Thus, the profound power of human connection helps us cultivating our inside for the better and this can be brought by the community.Find someone...who are your people? You can thrive too.
