Last July, I was supposed to board a plane that will take me Berlin, Germany. I was supposed to join my first ever (offline) international students festival and have the time of my life. The program, Greifswald International Students Festival (GrIStuF) 2020, is basically a sort of informal forum where students from all around the world get together to talk about specific topics and join some substantive workshops. With the theme "Ego to Echo," I was supposed to talk about the importance of education and how knowledge can be accessible to children all around the world.However, because of COVID-19, the program was put to rest. My friends and I had to cancel our Summer European trip and spend our holidays cooped up inside our homes. But oh well, maybe everything happens for a reason. - Brianna Ruth Audrey, Indonesia
