Hey, I am Ro, this short video/film expresses my deep love to my family and friends that I am not able to see them due to the pandemic in a poetic and artistic way. I am a master student studying communication in Barcelona, Spain where I came here a year ago, and my family is all the way in China, and friends are also all over the world, fewer staying in Barcelona during the lockdown. I extended the length of my studying mostly due to the pandemic. The deep sorrow and frustration are presented in the video, but the rising hope and encouragement from friends and family help me get through. I hope I will enjoy my final year of studying here and pursue a career as a journalist based in Germany, Europe reporting social issues for a Chinese audience. Still, the pandemic is not yet over, but love continues.Stay safe, everyone. X. - RUONAN, China
