It is time for history to be digested, wounds to heal and Northern Ireland to be remembered for more than just the war of religion. Coming from a country where religious differences resulted in conflict and strife, I want to explore how celebrating rich diversity and not condemning it can lead to economic and social gain. Studying an MBA in America will allow me to learn from organisations and citizens that have shaped the American economy and return home with knowledge and ideas so that future generations can 'Be The Change.'
