My name is Oche David Ankeli. I am a student from Nigeria with dreams of studying abroad. I was born and raised up in Nigeria, West Africa. I have always had the passion to travel the world, meet new people, learn new languages, try new things, and also share my culture. I had that opportunity in 2014 when I became an exchange student in a small town in Vermont, USA. This experience was the trip of a lifetime because it opened my eyes and renewed my thinking. I learned to understand the true meaning of tolerance and also appreciate people's cultures and differences. Just because it's different doesn't always mean it's bad. I fell in love with Hip-Hop during my exchange year and ever since then it has become a part of my life and a means of self expression for me. I have dreams of studying Robotics Engineering in Mexico because I want to learn Spanish and also explore the local cuisines.
