To me traveling is a passion and a life journey. It does not start or stop somewhere. The most important part of traveling is not only the places you visit and the adventures you experience, but it is the people you meet along the way and the stories they tell. This is what this video is about: telling stories. And so is my life. I thrive to be a journalist because I want to tell people's tales. By traveling I get to tell stories and engage with people far away from my home in Germany and the country I am studying in, the United Kingdom. By going to Africa I seek to report on stories that often remain untold in our media. I want to discover it my way, by diving into the culture and learning from people. And I want to share those stories with the world. All I need is my camera, my curiosity and my backpack. I am ready to go. Let the journey begin.
