Michelle Kowalsky from Western New England University
Michelle Kowalsky is the Director of International Admissions at Western New England University. She has worked in International Admissions/Education for the past 13 years. She serves as the primary DSO and works with students from the recruitment stage to graduation and their OPT experiences. Michelle also serves on the International Programs Coordinating Counsel at WNE, a committee dedicated to internationalizing the campus.
Western New England University is located in Springfield, Massachusetts, which is home to the Basketball Hall of Fame and within driving distance to New York City and Boston. The university serves approximately 3700 students of which about 5% are international from over 25 different countries! WNE University offer bachelor’s, master’s and PhD degrees through the College of Arts and Sciences, Business, Engineering, Law, and Pharmacy. The University has achieved the highest accreditation standards for business (AACSB), engineering (ABET), and law (ABA), and U.S. News & World Report lists them among the North Region's "Best Universities-Master's Category," of those which provide a full range of bachelor's and master's programs.
